Sending Out A Local Web page

Hi Guys

I know there has been topics on this before, but have tried everything suggested and nothing seems to work.
I have check with my host the HPPT / request is installed,
I Can send emails of web pages that aren't local eg: www.yahoo.com using [URL:www.domainname.com] and [URL:Http://domainname.com]
But when i try to send a page from my domain i get this error

Have also tried setting up a sub domain to see if that would work but it didn't.

Any help you could provide to assist me would be greatly received

Have you tried posting the url you are using into your browser to make sure that it is reachable?
