List Admin Attributes

Is it possible to have a set of attributes that are placed inside the e-mail based on the who the list owner is?

What I would like to do is have one template that contains the List Owner's attributes and no matter who receives the newsletter, it would contain those Owner's attributes (for ex: This newsletter was brought to you by X). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
