What is the url that you installed the script at? Doesn't look like it's what you think it is.

The page was not found.

That is so weird, as the link keeps on coming up as Page Not Found error for me.

You're not using deny from in your .htaccess files are you?
Or is it a case that one has to be logged in to access the lists?

Ah, Social Engine 4, I understand now.

Could I ask you to try something please.

Rename the .htaccess file in httpdocs to htaccess.txt then try to access lists directory.

If it works, then the problem is in your httpdocs/.htaccess file, if not, then I don't know where to go from here. There is something on your server preventing access to the lists directory.

Once you test the above, regardless of if it works or not, you can rename htaccess.txt back to .htaccess

That is good news in that we can now prove that phpList works, however, the line I believe to be at fault is in the httpdoc/.htaccess is this one:
Code: Select all
# Get rid of index.php
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} /index\.php
RewriteRule (.*) index.php?rewrite=2 [L,QSA]

Try adding the following to the start of your lists/.htaccess file, it's worked for me when I tested the above extra on my test phplist.

Code: Select all
Options +FollowSymLinks
RewriteEngine On

RewriteRule ^index\.php/(.*)$ ^index.php/$1 [R=301,L]
