Hi

Is it true that most paid mail list they have agreements or trusted by most ISPs like yahoo & hotmail?

What do you recommend for new mail list using phplist(or even not using phplist) to get some trust by big ISPs?

you can´t not just get trusted.
it is a scam if you pay for it.

if you start up on a new list there is a good step to get a high rate and a good ip rep

you need 3 ip´s

sort you list out for domains there not exist.
and remove hotmail/gmail/yahoo and so on. from the list (put in it a new list)

on ip 1
sent out the remaing list. we 5000 mails pr hour. (rember the ip will get block and ban so do not use a ip where you sent nomal mails out on)
remove all hardbounces. and ppl there has a full mail box
on ip 2
sent out hotmail gmail and so on. we 3000 pr hour (rember the ip will get block and ban so do not use a ip where you sent nomal mails out on)

on ip 3
make a new list where all aktive emails . is put over. (ppl there has open the mail)
and you have a good list. there nomal not has a low rate

for ip 1 and 2 after you have sent out 1 time. wait 4 days and sent out one more time.
one more time remove hardbounces. and so on.
and copy all aktive mails over. and remove it from 1 and 2
and do it the next 2 weeks . and you got what you can from you list.
but ip 1 and 2 will have a bad rep. for longer time where ip 3 will have a good one.
no traps. and no problems.

it is the way to do it.
