[solved] Link Tracking permission denied

Postby WinstonN » 7:20am, Fri 15 Feb, 2008

Hi,

I have enabled click tracking in my config file, and have the latest version of phplist.
When I click on a link it points to a file called lt.php
This link then tells me permission denied, cannot access this resource.

I have checked the permissions of the file is 775
How can one go about fixing this? Do I need a phpsetting or apache?

Thank you,
Wins

Could be an Apache issue. You might check the FilesMatch directive of your .htaccess file. It should include lt.php.

Having same issue, however, lt.php is included in the .htaccess file.

What if you're server uses PHPsuexec?
