HELP: cron jobs wont process campaign with large subscriber

HELP: cron jobs wont process campaign with large subscriber list, if i set same campaign to be sent to a small subscriber list, it works perfectly, but once i set it to the large subscriber base, it wont just work, what could be wrong please,

it hasn't worked for me either, the frustrating part is that, if i put up a campaign with about 1000 subscribers, the cron job works perfectly well, but to work on a campaign with more then 200,000 subscribers is the problem, but if i manually click the process queue option, emails get sent out, as it is my config.php is set to only allow for 400email per hour to be sent out, even if i reduce this number further, it still wont work,
