Spam in Russian translated messages - anybody cares?

Postby temmokan » 1:51pm, Fri 25 Nov, 2011

When I have installed phpList 2.10.17 (the lastest) and switched to Russian interface, I was surprised to see the irrelevant string (in Russian: "ТурПрессКлуб") introduced in the following strings in the file public_html/lists/texts/russian.inc:

$strSubscribeTitle
$strUnsubscribeTitle
$strConfirmTitle
$strPreferencesTitle

I admit the string could be left there by mistake, but it looks like kind of a spam. I suggest removing the string altogether.

The corrected suggested russian.inc is attached to this post.

Thanks.

Unfortunately developers do not look at the forum often, so I have added this to the Mantis issue tracking system http://mantis.phplist.com/view.php?id=15653

Thank you, I'll send such things to Mantis, if possible, in the future.
