I can't import attributes data with latin characters

Please, I'm trying to import emails and attributes data like "Name" and "Address" from .csv file. When i have latin characters in attribute Name, Phplist only import email field and Name field it's empty.
I think that's the problem, because when i don't have latin characters in Name field attribute, phplist works fine.
For example - Name: António Baños; Email: antbanos@gmail.com.


I'm working with phpList 3.0.11.

I imported successfully the attached csv file (zipped in order to be able to attach it) using the name that you showed.

Possibly the encoding of your file is not correct, it needs to be encoded as UTF-8.
