Please help the volunteers to help you by supplying the version of phpList you are using, browser & version and if possible, a link to your phpList installation. This is for Version 2 of phpList (the orange one).

Hello maybe its stupid but I encountered the same problem as you described and I realised that instead of editing the original lines of code in the config file I've just pasted the code at the bottom, so the code was written twice. I removed the code i've pasted and edited the original lines and tiny mce start working.

maybe it's a way to check...

I had this problem, too. With TinyMCE 3.58

For me this works:
define("TINYMCEPATH", "../admin/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/tiny_mce.js");
