Internal Server Error - Processing Bounces

Hi

I am having problems trying to manually process bounces from the browser. I get the message 'Internal server error' when i try to do this.

Complete error message:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, ***********@********************.co.uk and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Apache Server at phplist.*********************.co.uk Port 80


I am using version 3.0.5 using Chrome and an iMac.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
