Hello,
Just tried to send out message to subscribers and it froze after 109 emails. I’ll keep reprocessing the queue but this must be solved.

I clicked reprocess and when I returned to the browser page I saw this:

Then I clicked on the messages link and saw that this message had still only sent out 109 emails. So then I clicked “suspend sending” and then requeued the message. Then I saw this on the screen:

Requeuing 21 ..... Done
0 Messages

This was on the Sent tab. Then I clicked the Queued tab and can’t see how many messages are not sent. I have tried clicking process queue and I’m not sure what it’s really doing.

Any ideas on what to do about this? I’m baffled and very troubled.

Here's my configuration, I'm trying to send 700 emails per day:
define("MAILQUEUE_BATCH_SIZE",700);
define("MAILQUEUE_BATCH_PERIOD",86400);
define('MAILQUEUE_THROTTLE',1);

I'd recommend, as a start, that you set your limits to 30, 3600,1 which still limits you to 700 per 24 hours, but splits things a little more evenly.

IF you are limited to just 700 emails a day, you may well be limited to a lot less per hour and whilst your original settings mean you are sending all 700 at once, you should probably consider the hourly limits as more important.
