Wrong [USERTRACK] statistics

Postby angelosoft » 9:55pm, Sat 08 Apr, 2006

I put [USERTRACK] but in statistics appear the no messages were viewed.
That is wrong because I am in the list were I sent an I viewed the messages.

My statistics appear like:
Subject: Canon Ixus I Zoom 5Mp - 30% Reducere !!
Time sent: 2006-04-01 11:23:05
Total sent: 3386 Total views: 0
Total bounces: 0 (0% bounce rate) Average views: 0
Total delivered: 3386
Total unique views: 0 (0% open rate)

Thank for your help.

That depends on the email account. For example if you open the email on gmail you will not see the stats until you click "Display Images..." in your message.

Did you change your config.php file? (config/config.php)

You have to 'enable' this function by hand in this file.

Well, not quite. The 'usertrack' feature does not need to be enabled in config.php. However, the clicktrack feature does.

The usertrack feature has some limitations, detailed in the documentation. An additional issue could be the one reported here: http://mantis.phplist.com/view.php?id=7683
