I've lost my PHPlist!!

I sent out a message on my list and then clicked the "Bounce" button to see who baunced and now i can't login. I get this message when I try to login. Can you help me?

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Yes, I saw that and tried it but it didn't help. What to do? Will this be fixed is I updated the version? I have the most current version though.

So, does this mean I am screwed? Can any one help me? I actually don't have the newest version of phpList. If I update will this be fixed?
