Some List User Don't Receive Newsletter

Postby vannbaker » 10:47pm, Thu 15 Mar, 2007

I've installed PHPList for a non-profit organization and I have sent out two newsletters to about 45 members.

About five members are not getting the newsletter (I use an HTML template).

One is on AOL, but the others on several different domains.

The e-mail addresses are good as the organization has been sending out group e-mails with no problem (text only and sometimes with file attachments).

1) Any insight on this?

2) Can I somehow save the newsletter as an HTML page, sort of like an archive so members who miss an issue can go and get it?

Thanks in advance!

Hard to say. You might go through this checklist: http://docs.phplist.com/PhpListPreflight

Newsletter archive - http://forums.phplist.com/viewtopic.php?p=22501#22501
This add-on will query your database and produce a HTML page, listing all newsletters from a particular list. Clicking on a newsletter will display that newsletter.

I will go through the checklist and try the archiving addon.

Thank you.
