Admin lock out

Postby mwiederecht » 3:26pm, Fri 20 Apr, 2007

After changing the admin user name/password.. I am now locked out.. continue to get a invalid password error.. I've checked the db files.. and the user/pw were updated and are accurate when logging in.. any thoughts on how I can get in.

Thanks

Have you changed your username in the db?

Make sure you don't have any special caracters in it.

Config file should be found at config/config.php if it's missing you have either not uploaded it, have a corrupt install or have been hacked and it's been deleted.

Got any links to the phplist install please?

Thanks, I will ask my developer what is going on. He helped me install php and my site is currently being hosted by them. I will ask him to find out what is going on. All I know is just the username and password to enter but whenever I go to the admin site, I get cannot find config file
Thanks again
