There is a problem:

I receive often the following message:

"Server IP adress" does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 550 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host ["Server IP adress"] blocked using;"Server IP adress"
Giving up on "Server IP adress"

When I click on the link I see this:

IP Address Lookup

"Server IP adress" is not listed in the SBL

"Server IP adress"is not listed in the PBL

"Server IP adress" is listed in the XBL, because it appears in:

and I remove it from the list but it comes again and again.

The problem is that every mail send to domain doesn't arrive.

I can remove the ip address from the spamhaus but after each mailing or after an inscription of somebody from, it comes back in the spamhaus database

I don't know what to do

Can you help please

Thank you

It can be hard to find out what triggers spam detectors. You should in any case go through this checklist: , and remedy all warnings and errors in your DNS report, if any.

A number of users reported that the x-lines in message headers can raise the spam rating:

Of course the message contents can influence the spam score too. Besides the use of certain words or phrases, something simple like centering text has been reported as having an influence on the spam score of a message.

Finally, I would suggest you contact or spamhaus and discuss the issue with them. Perhaps they could whitelist your messages, or give you some indications on what exactly triggers their spam detectors.
