No Newsletter name on subscribe page

No Newsletter name on subscribe page

I am using phpList hosted. I have multiple active lists. When someone subscribes to a list they get this message "The newsletters you are subscribed to are listed below". However there is no list name below. Is this a bug? If not, where do I fix this?
