Can somebody help me??

Hi.
I have payed for a hosted version and, when i try to send a new campaign (1480 emails), the status is "submitted" but nobody recieves emails.
Does the hosted version wait for any reason? What can i do to solve this problem? Is this a normal behaviour? Thas the system equeue the campaign?

Probably it's waiting for you to click Process Queue.

Latest phpList version is now 3.0.12 (3 February 2015) and requires a minimum of MySQL 5.0 and PHP 5.3.x

I can´t find that button...
I think that the hosted version has not "process queue" option, its automatic...
isnt it?

Check on the right hand side of your admin pages, do you have the Process Queue link?

If not that, how about the option under Message functions?

Thank you Dragonrider.
The Hosted version is quite different. I have read all the options of the Dashboard and there is no "proccessequeue"...
I think i need a PhpList Support...
The phpList hosted has sent 12 mesages of 1480... in 20 Hours...

I have read the Terms & Conditions and I think that the problem I have is in the next text:

"To protect our reputation and that of our users, we:

* Have your campaigns go through a human review process where we assess your account and behavior, before we increase the allowed message volume. "

Does anybody know how can I speak with the phplist Hosted Support??

There is no support option and no contact info...

I have been waiting for a long time and the campaign stalled after 64 mails...

I think I´m not going to renew the subscription.

There is no support option and no contact info...

After logging in, users that signed up for a PL Hosted account should find a "Contact us" link to a web form which they could use. That is probably the quickest way to get in touch with the PL Hosted team.
