Questions related to the phpList Hosted service

You are subscribed to "None of them"

Postby CraigJW » 5:56am, Mon 19 Mar, 2012

I am trying to set up a test list for a client. If I can get this to work, the client wants to use the paid version of the service.

When I subscribe to my test list, I get this message in my confirmation email:

Thank You For Confirming Your Subscription To Our Newsletters. The Newsletters You Are Subscribed To Are Listed Below
None of them

Why does it say "none of them"? Why does it not give the name of the list which has the ID number in the script?

Am I missing a step? I am not getting any error messages, and I do see the email address appear in the list on the back end. Why doesn't the name of the email list make it into the confirmation email?

Thanks in advance.

Craig

Does no one have any idea about this? I have a client waiting to set up a paying account here. I'd like to be able to get this up and running. How do I address this?

I think it displays "none of them" if the user is not subscribed to any ACTIVE lists. Try making your test list active.
