Blank site after installing Version 3.02

Postby HansT » 2:09am, Wed 11 Sep, 2013

Hi,
since years I am working with the version(s) 2.x.x very well.
Now I tried to install Version 3.0.2 into a new folder. I want to connect it with a new database.
I tried my best to follow the installation instructions. Downloading, unzipping, uploading the lists-folder to the folder '/lists' on my website. I did not edit the config.php yet!
If I am right I should see 'something' after going to 'www.mywebsite/lists' or 'www.mywebsite/lists/admin'
In both cases I just see blank screen.
I tried:
1) deleting the .htaccess files
2) giving rights 777 to all folders and files
3) editing config.php (with connect datas and more)
4) deleting everything and installing again from the zip-file (several times)
PHP-Version is 4.4.9.
I did not find a useful answer in the FAQ and Forum yet. Can anyone help me?
greetings
