Can't do import of emails from CSV file

Posted: 9:27pm, Fri 18 Apr, 2014I have it defined as /tmp as I said in my post. Since my original post, I contacted my web host provider about the issue and he has "enabled /tmp access on this domain".
It is now working fine, and importing the emails.

The temporary directory for uploading is not writable, so import will fail ()
Where do I place this TMP file?
