Version 3.0.12
Sending to about 1,000 prople. Two recispients generate the error "Could not instantiate mail function". All threads I have seen only discuss this as a site-wide problem.
So what are the likely causes of this? I see no similarities in the two email addresses.

Have a look at , it works for several people I believe, it's an old topic and for version 2, but there is no reason this will not work in version 3 of phpList.

version is now 3.0.12 (3 February 2015) and requires a minimum of MySQL 5.0 and PHP 5.3.x

I'll give that a try, but MAILQUEUE_THROTTLE was already set to 0.5.
