So what's changed?
....all of a sudden they all stopped working like that and display a page saying you must enter an email address

Changes don't happen without something changing. Check with your host, have they changed some settings, or have you made changes to your phpList installation? Or the page with your form embedded?

I got it finally......probly didnt need to delete and do a clean install, but I did. after I re-installed and redid the forms it went back to same subdirectory which was wrong,....I disabled a cache plugin I had remembered I put on the other day, and everything worked fine..........dont know if that had anything to do with it or not, but its groovin now.

Thanks dragonrider......

No problem, glad you sorted it.

But as I did say, phpList would not change by itself, someone must have made a change to cause such a sudden change. Sounds like your cache plugin was the cause.

But glad to hear it's sorted now, thanks for letting us know. :D
