Status of editor plugins

Postby hhadmin » 12:11am, Sat 11 Apr, 2015

Noting that fckeditor for phplist is a few years old, I wanted to test the other two available plugins CKEditor and TinyMCE.

I've installed CKEditor but got only a source-editing window, no wysiwig or edit menu. Couldn't see any configuration issue to fix.

TinyMCE does not have a Download button in the plugins list, so I wondered if it is still considered to be in development.

What is the current status of these two plugins? Are there any issues with latest PHPList version?

thanks

Both plugins work with the latest release of phplist and so far as I know there is no reason why they should stop working with future releases.
I have removed the download link to try to ensure that people read the installation instructions on the GitHub page instead of just installing the zip file directly.
