error in template headers

It is quite likely that your admin pages phplist3.05 currently display the following source error (in firefox). This is caused by the the file encoding which happens to be "UTF-8 with BOM", it should in fact be "UTF-8" - period.
The files to check are:
- ./lists/admin/ui/dressprow/header.inc
- ./lists/admin/ui/dressprow/header_minified.inc

Yes you are correct in identifying that the file encoding is wrong. This has already been raised and fixed, so should be in the next release of phplist, see https://mantis.phplist.com/view.php?id=16934
