is it possible to track which recipients clicked which link?+
I mean to track the persons by email and action(link click) for example?

Yes, the setting is called 'linktracking', it's in the config.php file (and/or the config_extended.php file).
You turn it on, and it converts all of the links in each email to a unique url, which tracks who clicked what, and when. you can look this up in the user history, or message statistics, or make queries right out of the database (assuming you know some sql to make the queries).
