Good idea, but everyone in each list also have a required attribute. In my case it is for a homeowners association, I have a list for each building, and each building list has 5 to 12 unit number attributes, so I would have to add it to 144 combinations, then I will probably get multiples that way...?

OK, I think I figured out a way that may work. I could create a separate list and mark it as 'inactive' so it will not show up anywhere on the sign up page. Then I just have to make sure I check that list before I send out any messages and/or add it to the criteria. It isn't automatic, but that may work.
That would be a good feature though, IMO. For the master admin to get a copy of every message regardless of the admin, list, criteria, etc. so they can monitor everything. Just sayin'
