Check Email Accuracy in phpList

Postby jeeten29 » 6:14am, Thu 02 Apr, 2015

I am sending millions of emails using phpList. Now, I want to check Email Accuracy like how many % emails bounced (soft, hard), how many % emails delivered etc.

Is it possible with phpList ???

Hello,

You'll need to setup a bounce email box, 'envelope from'.

Then, when you process the bounces, you will get the statistical analysis on your campaigns.
There is no 'hard/soft' bounces, just bounces.
You can setup whatever rules you want if you use the advanced bounce handling.

You would need to log create the email mailbox within the email server. Most people have some kind of a web interface to the mail server that allows them to create, change, or read a mailbox. (i.e. cpanel, plesk, webmin, etc.)
