why do I get messages twice

In order to mark all users to receive html messages:

->Admin main page >> manage users >> reconcile users >> mark all users to receive html

I just want to mention that if you want to send an attatchment with the email you must remember to do this. Othrewise it will show that the message sent successfully but will not send the attachment things.
