Precedence: bulk and 'List-Unsubscribe'

Hi,
I am using phplist 2.10.19 and am having problems with my newsletter ending up in spam at gmail. I read that putting in the 'Precedence: bulk' header" and the 'List-Unsubscribe' header
Might help ,but I cannot find out how to put it in my version.

The first header can be added by editing file admin/class.phplistmailer.php

Uncomment line 31 by remvoving the '#' character.

You will need to add the second header manually, but at this point in the processing the code doesn't have access to the user's uid.

I did read through all of these and tried making changes via http://www.alangeorge-photography.com/listCode_008.php however I do not see that in my class.phpmailer.php
the version I am using is 1.73

my phplist is 2.10.19
