Tab content and info boxes missing

Hi all

I have trawled the forum and tried every solution I can find but I still have this issue. When using the tabs to send messages, I have a content box, subject box etc in the 'content' tab but the other tabs have this missing. I've attached a screenshot below:

I am using v2.10.19 and my php is 5.3.8

I have tried disabling FXKeditor and asp_tags = off

Hate to say it, but this is normal. The content editor box is only shown under the Content tab, none of the others, nor is the Subject box.
