Installing phpList with OpenLiteSpeed (A Guide)

We develop an open source HTTP server called OpenLiteSpeed. (It's like Apache, but much faster and doesn't eat up all your memory.) We just put together an installation guide (and virtual host template) for installing phpList 2.10 with OpenLiteSpeed. I figured I'd post it here where someone might get some use out of it.
