How do I set the HTML user preference for users that I have bulk-imported into PHPList?
All my imported users (1000's) default to "text" (value = "0") in user settings.
"Send this user HTML emails" = 0
I want them to receive HTML formatted emails, value needs to equal 1, for all users...and I don't want to change them one-by-one.
For some reason my template, when sent in HTML, does not over-ride the user default.
PHP List version: 2.10.19

You should be able to do this under reconcile users.
Html newsletter will not overwrite the users preferences, that's normal.
