Hi there. I had to write up a detailed how to manual for some folks here at work so I figured I'd just post the link in case anyone wants to borrow it.

You'll probably have to edit it a little but it should be a good starting point. It's in ms word format. Hope it helps someone.

Hey Does anyone know what the Fields are to import a CSV file? Im trying to import a list of users into the system and when I was at another hosting company that had an email feature they required you to have certain fields with certain titles, in order for it to import all the information.

Please help.
