Interpreting the information about subscriber lists...

Postby dggmez » 1:34am, Tue 28 Oct, 2014

Hi,

Everytime we are uploading CSV files that are going to add 490,000 users to a list we end up having a list with this information:

We don't understand the numbers. What is indicating the upper number (312,793) and the lower number (170,168)?

Sorry for my English,

The larger number is the count of users that are active, and the smaller number is the count of users that are on the list, but will not receive your newsletter (unconfirmed (and maybe blacklisted)).

if you are using a recent version of phplist, you can go to 'subscribers' 'reconcile subscribers' and then 'mark all users confirmed'
