Going to assume you mean for free?

When I worked at a local school and needed a Help Desk ticket system that I could get the staff to use to submit trouble tickets, rather than bits of paper stuffed all over School, I used Hesk, It was ever so easy to setup and install, and it was free too.

I've been looking at various solutions, but I couldn't find one that allows the creation of custom service manteinance reports to be sent to final users i.e. a technician goes every month and does a scheduled routine with checklists, it fills the web form and send it to the client. The final client receives by e-mail and also can login a search previous records. It is a simple need but I couldn't find it yet. Anyone has some clue about it? thanks
