Setup/Manage + template developer

Hi community,

I represent a design studio in Australia. One of our clients has decided to run with the phpList CMS to send out newsletters. I am completely unfamiliar with this system personally.

What I require is a competent individual to setup and manage the phpList backend, and develop a template design so that the client can send out it to their userlist.

The job is paid, I will require a quote from whomever applies.
